Technical Support
White Conveyors' technical support team consists of control engineers that are directly
responsible for initial system design, function and complete after market support.
WCI's technical support team is different from other technical teams in that we deal
with cell manufacturing and support philosophy–which means each team has complete control
from the initial design, through component assembly, programming sequence, installation,
troubleshooting and system support. This approach allows each member of the team to be
crossed trained on every aspect of the control system.
Different service contracts exist:
- 24 hours a day / 7 days a week,
- 8 hours a day / 5 days a week, and
- call, beep, or e-mail for modem support anytime.
All support team members are degreed engineers with
different concentrations in control, mechanical, electrical and
software engineering.
With future expansion well on its way, we look to grow with added
field and support engineers. State-of-the-art computer support,
network system and Internet access are all planned for in the new building construction.
