White Conveyors are available in a wide variety of special shapes. You can "design your own conveyor" to fit most any length or shape by using our standard "modular" sections. Here are some typical shapes.

Specifications

The track is 1-5/16" O.D. x 13 gauge welded steel tubing, zinc plated to prevent corrosion. Cross members are 3" steel formed channel.

The conveyor drive is a fractional horsepower motor, belt driven to a single stage gearbox. The output is connected to the main drive sprocket by a #40 roller chain for 1/2 HP motor and #50 R.C. for 3/4 HP motor. On most models, a centrifugal type clutch is mounted on the motor shaft.

Open drip-proof, 1725 RPM 1/2 HP, 3/4 HP Nema 56 frame and 1 HP with 143 frame.

• Overload protection provided by manual reset button for single phase drive and overload relays for 3 phase drive.

• Integral flame cut steel laminated to a 54T RC sprocket, shaft diameter 1-1/4".
• Two 1-1/4" diameter, permanently lubricated, precision pillow block bearings support the drive sprocket.
• Heavy duty drive utilizes 1-5/8" diameter sprocket shafts and pillow blocks.
• Where applicable, drive options are supplied: dual drives, no-slack drive, increased horsepower, special gear reduction.

Each die cast aluminum yoke contains two load bearing wheels 1-3/8" diameter with nylon tires, on steel cores. Hardened inner races roll on steel ball bearings. Two nylon stabilizing rollers mounted on the underside of the yoke provide positive tracking of chain.

Conveyors have 10 slots in each 12" frame to separate orders. All frames have hardened hinge pins and spacers to minimize wear. Frames are steel, aluminum, or nylon, depending on conveyor model.

The reversing motor starter has 24 volt coils with mechanical interlock. A U.L. listed, class two, stepdown transformer mounted in the starter box, provides for a 24 volt current limiting control circuit.

The electrical circuit has been approved and listed by ETL (Electrical Testing Laboratories).

Bi-directional hand switch: A 3 position switch, with center position, normally off, for clockwise and counter-clockwise movement.

Bi-directional foot switch: Activates the conveyor in either clockwise or counter-clockwise direction when foot pressure is exerted and maintained by operator.

White Conveyor's Series 540 microprocessor keyboard control automatically sends a signal that starts and stops the conveyor at a designated position when the required slot number is entered. The conveyor will rotate either clockwise or counter-clockwise, traveling via the shortest route to the picking location.

When 2 or more control points are required, lock-out controls are available.
